The Notebook is a romantic drama film based on the 1996 novel of the same name. The film stars Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams as a young couple who fall in love in the 1940s. Their story is read from a notebook in the present day by an elderly man (James Garner), telling the tale to a fellow nursing home resident (Gena Rowlands).
Arrive hungry and enjoy a pre-movie picnic from our magnificent mini-market; mouth-watering pizza, saucy burgers, tasty wraps, delicious popcorn and other yummy snacks. *You may bring in your own picnic food, but no alcohol may be bought into the venue, the Estate will have a full bar available.
