Thank you for considering Nederburg in Paarl as the venue for your upcoming conference or meeting.
Our Visitors’ Centre is a well-equipped, comfortable conference and function venue with a flexible spatial configuration to suit a variety of needs and group sizes. For smaller conferences or meetings, we offer a tastefully decorated meeting room on the first floor of our historic manor house, a national monument that dates to 1800 and home to The Manor restaurant.
You can choose from a variety of refreshments according to your taste, as you will see from our menus prepared by The Manor, located just a short walk away from our Visitors’ Centre. Meals and drinks can be served in the conference areas, outdoors (weather permitting) or in the manor house.
Please inform us of any special dietary requirements when booking. Please also note that while the kitchen does make provision for vegetarians, the premises are routinely used to prepare dishes using meat, seafood, peanuts and gluten products.
We would be happy to take care of any additional requirements such as flower arrangements, décor or the provision of additional technical equipment, the costs for which will be added to your final invoice. We shall advise you of these costs in advance and secure your approval for confirming.
We recommend that you visit us for a viewing of the various venues. All viewings are strictly by appointment. Our office hours are: 09:00 to 16:00 (Monday to Friday).
