March sees the returns of monthly favourites on our town’s calendar with Windmeul Kelder’s monthly Farmer’s Market taking place the first Saturday of the month and Painted Wolf Wines’ Wine Wednesday the last Wednesday of the month.
Paarl’s artists are opening their studio doors the first Saturday of the month to showcase their creative work and as we gently approach the change of season, the milder temperatures make it the perfect time for outdoor activities such as heading to our Paarl Adventure Trails for MTB, trail running and hiking fun as well as getting your swing on at Paarl Golf Club.

PAARL OPEN STUDIOS takes place Saturday, 6 March 2021 10am – 4pm. It is an initiative by the Paarl Art Society and a collaboration between artists, art studio curators, galleries and a jewellery artist’s studio/ boutique such as Nanette Ranger, Expressive Art and Deidre Abrahams.
THE DECK RESTAURANT at Ridgeback wines is a place where people can relax, drink wine on their deck, mingle with friends and indulge in mouthfuls of homemade hamburgers. A selection of Lamb, Chicken, beef and Vegetarian burgers are available varying in price from R100 – R125 at their Hamburger Night on Friday, 26 March from 5:30pm – 9pm.
