Celebrate Old Vine Day on 1 August 2023 at Brookdale Estate

Did you know that South Africa is the only country that can identify the age of a vineyard? Using old vines (vines 35 years and older) for wine production gives a sense of the grower’s love and dedication to his/her land. It was people who touched and tended them over many years that made them what they are today. As a result, these wines reflect the terroir, the landscape, and the people who care for these vineyards.South Africans and wine lovers around the world will celebrate Old Vine Day on 1 August 2023.
Visit Brookdale Estate on 1 August and receive a complimentary tasting of their 2019 Old Vine Chenin Blanc. In addition, a 375ml bottle will be for sale for R190.00 per bottle.
